The journey to the Winter pastures of the Tushetian
herdsmen in the half desert of Shiraki in the Southeast of Georgia
is a
very special trip for who loves pure and hard working life, the beauty
of the steppe, cattle, horses and dogs.
The Winter in the desert of Shiraki is very modest, few or no snow, with
sunshine it might be warm, but the nights are cold.
It is a trip of 1 week and includes a visit of the Monastery David Gareji, a trip to the Vashlovani Reserve, horse riding and a short round trip through
Kakheti.
